Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1
   Nairobi → Maasai Mara
   Fly or drive to the Mara, afternoon game drive, overnight tented camp.
2. Day 2
   Full day in the Mara
   Full-day game drive with picnic lunch, Big Five and Migration crossings.
3. Day 3
   Mara → Nairobi → Diani
   Morning game drive, fly to Nairobi and connect to Ukunda/Diani, transfer to resort.
4. Day 4
   Diani — reef & beach
   Reef snorkelling trip, afternoon free on the beach.
5. Day 5
   Diani — at leisure
   Free day for optional activities: kite surfing, Shimba Hills, Colobus forest.
6. Day 6
   Diani — dhow sunset
   Day at leisure, sunset dhow sail.
7. Day 7
   Diani → Nairobi/onward
